SALT LAKE CITY, UT, March 04, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- William A. Guillory has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Over the span of his career, Dr. Guillory has made remarkable contributions to humanity by helping individuals move beyond fear and survival mode toward a more harmonious experience. His masterwork delves into the art of building a compatible planet where differences can be resolved without resorting to violent confrontations. For the majority of his career, Dr. Guillory has held the title of professor at various universities. Starting in 1969, he worked as an assistant professor of chemistry at Howard University; several years later, he stepped into the role of associate professor of chemistry at Drexel University, a position he held up until 1975.

Thereafter, Dr. Guillory joined the University of Utah for a decade, where served as a faculty member and subsequently chairman of the department of chemistry. As chairman, his focus was on marketing the quality and research excellence of the university nationally and internationally. During his last year at the University of Utah, Dr. Guillory concurrently founded Innovations International, a visionary human resource consulting firm that provided cutting-edge learning and development programs for Fortune 100 corporations, both nationally and internationally.

For more than 40 years, Innovations International has focused on personal and organizational transformation, and Dr. Guillory has served the president and chief executive officer for most of that time. Along with his aforementioned professional roles, he has served as advisory and board member roles for the United States Bureau of Standards, the United States Naval Ordnance Laboratory, the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Science Foundation, and the Eastman Kodak Company. Moreover, he has held the title of lecturer and visiting professor at both Atlanta University and Utah State University, in addition to numerous invited presentations during his scientific and human transformational career.

Civically, Dr. Guillory is the founder of The Center for Creativity, Inquiry, and Consciousness, a nonprofit organization that aims to explore the new frontiers in human development, through which he and his team have developed programs that culminate in imagination and exploration of consciousness and wisdom. Furthermore, he was a member of the National Science Foundation's advisory board and a co-founder and first president for four years of the National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers. Additionally, he takes great pride in his appointment as an Alexander von Humboldt senior scientist at the University of Frankfurt in Frankfurt, Germany, being the first individual from both the University of Utah and the State of Utah to receive this honor.

Such recognition is a testament to Dr. Guillory's unwavering dedication to his craft and his pioneering spirit. Aside from that distinguished honor, he has received several other awards and titles, including that of Alfred P. Sloan fellow; chancellor's distinguished lectureship at the University of California, Berkeley; Ralph Metcalfe chair at Marquette University; and ad honorem professor of chemistry at the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan. Though he has received recognition and honors for his work as a highly dedicated professional, his drive stems from his passion to assist the transformation of humankind and make a lasting impact; he remains steadfast in his commitment to his work, irrespective of any financial gain and undriven by personal recognition and material rewards.

Dr. Guillory is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Physical Society, and the American Chemical Society. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and physics from Dillard University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a doctorate in chemical physics from the University of California, Berkeley. Following his doctoral program, he was awarded a National Science Foundation postdoctoral fellowship in chemical physics at the Paris-Sorbonne University in Paris. Coupled with his various accomplishments and educational achievements, Dr. Guillory has authored several books and is considered an expert in diversity and inclusion, learning and development, quantum-thinking, work-life accommodation and integration, fundamentals of success, and spirituality in the workplace.

In the coming years, Dr. Guillory looks forward to sharing his vision of a transformed world through his most profound four-book sequence; The Pleiadian Series, which discusses and explores a crisis period that the planet is currently experiencing. Such a period—which he refers to as a "perfect storm"—will bring about great upheaval in the United States and around the globe; however, the other side of this period is captured in his most recent book, titled The Aftermath, in which humankind will undergo a transformation: transitioning from a fear-driven planet of individuals to one of peaceful coexistence. Dr. Guillory's hope is that his book will spark global transformational conversations through which individuals will come to understand how to transition into this new era of human compatibility.
