Earlier in her career, she was a key manager with Outback Steakhouse from 2005 to 2007 and a manager at Bonefish Grill from 2008 to 2010. Pivoting into real estate, Ms. Sims joined Keller Williams United as a licensed realtor from 2020 to 2023 before joining Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2023.
Apart from her professional endeavors, Ms. Sims has been active with the VeteranPCS network to help with assisting service members and their families find safe housing regardless of the location.
