Ms. Proctor is an esteemed litigation partner who joined Hollinsworth LLP in Washington, D.C. in 2019. As an expert in high-stakes, complex litigation, she focuses her practice on pharmaceutical products liability in federal and state courts throughout the country. Representing Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Proctor participates in all aspects of trial preparation and trial including oral argument, depositions, expert preparation, and motions practice. She has also successfully represented pro bono clients in immigration and housing proceedings.

Prior to joining Hollingsworth LLP, Ms. Proctor was an attorney at a global FDA regulatory firm. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Before earning her law degree, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry and was the lead science instructor at a private high school in Atlanta.

To prepare for her legal career, Ms. Proctor obtained her bachelor's degree in chemistry with a specialization in biochemistry from Jacksonville University in 2008. She then obtained her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2015. While at Emory, Ms. Proctor served as an associate justice on the Emory University Constitutional Council, was a member of AmeriCorps, received the Dean's Public Service award, and received several honors and scholarships. She is admitted to practice in Georgia, Florida, D.C., and numerous federal and state courts around the country.

Outside the courtroom, Ms. Proctor has contributed numerous articles to professional law journals and spoken at conferences on various litigation topics. She has also lent her time and expertise to the American Bar Association's Landslide® Magazine as an author, editorial board member, and serving as editor-in-chief. She has also held other leadership roles within the American Bar Association.

Active in community affairs, Ms. Proctor was a founding executive member of the Jacksonville University Black Alumni Network later serving as the first interim president. As interim president, she led the fundraising efforts that endowed a $25,000 scholarship for Jacksonville University students. Ms. Proctor is a mentor for The Legal Mentor Network and Emory Connects advising pre-law students, current law students, and young attorneys. She serves her community by leading service events with the Emory D.C. Network and small groups at Catalyst Church.

Commended for her expertise, Ms. Proctor has been recognized by her peers and several organizations for her contributions to the law and products liability defense litigation including the 2024 Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch (Product Liability Litigation-Defendants), 2023 Super Lawyers® Rising Star (Washington, D.C.), and 2022 Lawyers of Color Hot List.
