Dr. Hampton's leadership skills were previously honed during her time as a Nurse Manager at Kindred Healthcare in 2010 and as an Education Coordinator from 2009 to 2010. Her leadership career began with a foundational role as a Quality Assurance Training Coordinator and Health Facilities Nurse Surveyor at the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from 2006 to 2009.
Dr. Hampton's most notable accomplishment is the completion of her doctorate degree at Villanova University in 2022.
