Morgan, Rasmussen College, BP, Roebuck & Co., and the United States Postal Service. Dedicated to his country, Mr. Owens also operated surface sonar and other oceanographic systems as a surface sonar technician in the U.S. Navy.
An expert in his field, Mr. Owens earned an associate degree from El Camino College in 1997. Subsequently, he received a Bachelor of Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, he aligns himself with the Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society. In conjunction with his work, Mr. Owens contributes to his community as a Sunday school teacher and volunteer for community awareness events.
