Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, Mr. Sharma credits his success to the support of his wife and mother, who encouraged him to earn his master's degree, as well as his analytical mindset and passion for learning. Looking toward the future, he intends to experience his career's continued growth and success. Ultimately, Mr. Sharma would like to obtain a leadership role and bring his family to live with him in the United States.
