Likewise, he was appointed to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta two times and worked as the founding director of the Community Development Corporation of the Lowcountry. Due to his vast knowledge, he has also been invited to speak at conferences worldwide in Russia, Japan, France, England, Israel, and China. Driven to remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Mr. Pincus aligns himself with the Shore Builders of Central New Jersey, the Hilton Head Home Builders Association, the Home Builders Association of Low Country, the National Association of Home Builders, through which he was inducted into the National Housing Hall of Fame, and the New Jersey Builders Association. Outside his work, he also devotes himself to his community as director of My House Atlanta and Covenant House New Jersey.
While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Pincus takes the most pride in being tasked by two former presidents to discuss worldwide housing issues, refurbishing the Statue of Liberty under the leadership of Mr. Lee Ioccoca, and meeting with Lady Margaret Thatcher, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and former Presidents Gerald Ford, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and George Bush. However, meeting former President Ronald Reagan was particularly profound. Personally, Mr. Pincus is the proud father of Monet, his daughter who has become a distinguished family law judge, his son Marc, who has established several prestigious fishing competitions, and his other son Kevin, who followed in his footsteps.
Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, Mr. Pincus attributes his success to his engineering degree from Drexel University and his father, who was a constant source of inspiration.
