His expertise in marketing was cultivated at MGM Resorts International, where he was the executive director of national marketing. His career began with a political endeavor, running a campaign for a seat in the Nevada State Assembly in 2008.
Dr. Briggs's academic background has been instrumental in his success. He holds a PhD in public health and a Doctorate of Laws from the University of Northwestern Ohio. Additionally, he earned a Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, a Master of Arts in Eurasian and Russian studies from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Pepperdine University.
