Throughout his career, Mr. Ricketti dedicated much of his time to developing employees, which he believes is vital to any company. While working for the Federal Reserve Bank, he had the chance to speak publicly to incoming professionals at his bank, which he found rewarding. During his tenure at Deloitte, Mr. Ricketti also participated in panel discussions and providing recommendations to clients. He received a Master of Business Administration in finance, with high honors, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1982. Apart from his degrees, Mr. Ricketti received several postgraduate certificates through the Federal Reserve Bank, including one at the University of Virginia, where he gained knowledge about international studies and financial markets, which proved very beneficial. During his college years, Mr. Ricketti also became affiliated with Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi based on his academic achievements.
