Ms. Rollins brings 10 years of experience in customer service to LCS, Inc., a commercial and residential janitorial company that emphasizes the use of green cleaning products. As CEO, she is responsible for managing operations, including answering phone calls, interacting with clients and assisting employees. The desire she had to be self employed, the passion she has for cleaning and the inspiration she received from her daughter and family motivated her to become involved in her profession. Her aunt contributed to her profession by turning over her residential business to Laura.

Ms. Rollins received her diploma from Forsyth Technical Community College in 1982. She attributes her success to her management skills, pride in ownership, honesty and integrity, and close attention to detail. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. She looks forward to expanding her business further.
