Richard Nimphie began work with Fleet Leasing of America as an account executive. After years gaining valuable knowledge from his experiences, he formed George Ballas Leasing, a subsidiary of an auto dealership in Toledo, Ohio. The company grew to six offices with vehicles and equipment in 44 states becoming one of the largest dealer affiliated leasing companies in the country. After the company's sale to a large financial institution, Richard became operating partner of Lexus of Tampa Bay and Lexus of Clearwater. During his tenure prior to the sale of both dealerships, the percentage of vehicles leased to customers rose to 70% under Nimphie. Richard served as past president of the Car and Truck Rental and Leasing Association (CATRALA) of Ohio, past president of the Toledo Auto Dealers Association, the Lexus Dealer Council and served on several charitable boards in the Tampa Bay Area.
Jonathan Nimphie graduated from Stetson University with a degree in international business. After graduation, Jonathan, an accomplished financier, traveled extensively throughout Central America, South Africa, Indonesia, and Australia. In his travels, he observed culture and foreign financial markets and strategies. Jonathan's travels allowed him to conceptualize finances from a more lateral, global perspective. An avid surfer in his travels, Jonathan returned home the East Coast of Florida to become a wholesale mortgage broker. Jonathan effectively utilized his traveling experience and education by forming Lease South LLC with his accomplished father, Richard.
