He joins Baltimore as they undergo a period of rapid expansion, which is in marked contrast to the contraction and headcount reductions seen in other parts of the industry this year.

Poulter, an Industrial Chemist by training, brings over 20 years of foil packaging experience to the division, and was previously Technical Manager at Mondi, Rochester.
