INDIANAPOLIS, IN, December 06, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Each one has his or her own set of personal tragedies, and battles to face. It is through these great challenges that we realize the strength and fortitude of our spirit. In Jesus Loves Me, author Anita Ayers bares her heart and soul to inspire and give hope to others. This book shows that in spite of being a victim of sexual and physical abuse, one can rise above the pain and move on to see a brighter future.

Ayers's memoir, shares her painful memories, and tribulations, but mostly this book illustrates the power and determination of the spirit to conquer and outlast life's hardships—no matter how difficult they may be. The author recounts how she survived the deepest wound of all—the wound of a soul—she had to overcome the trauma of sexual abuse, incest, poverty, and degradation. In a deeply touching way she shares how she prevailed despite the odds stacked against her, and how in the process, she recaptured her dignity, she is determined to have a heart of compassion and real joy in life.

"Anita Ayers has taken a courageous step in writing about a very painful, personal tragedy and publishing it as a call to action."
