Nominations were gathered from a random sample of last year's voters, TravelMole press releases and e-broadcasts targeted at industry professionals.
Now the ultimate decision is in the hands of the general travelling public, as their votes will decide which operator claims this highly coveted title. The winner will be announced at the British Travel Awards in association with Lloyds TSB Cardnet on 05 November.
