Pernisco set out to produce a comprehensive "video manual" to help explain the various intricacies, terms, and processes of buying a first home. He sought out highly experienced real estate professionals who have worked with first time buyers and know what those buyers need to know. "I asked questions about everything from financing to escrow, from searching for properties online to getting property insurance."
While the video is full of valuable information, Pernisco admits that this is just a starting point for a lot of people.
