Based on the survey, Acumium received the highest rating from respondents for "Ease of Navigation and Use of Feature-Functions". In addition, the Gilbane survey also revealed that Acumium ranked in the top three companies in the following five survey categories: "User Adoption Time & Training", "User Adoption Rate", "Application Design", "License Fees" and "Ongoing Maintenance".

The Gilbane study surveyed direct customers of several leading Web Content Management System (WCMS) Companies. The survey measured the ease of use for business users when implementing a Web Content Management System to create highly usable websites that deliver compelling online experiences to consumers.
