Karen Herzog, president of Adco Marketing says "We know schools are really suffering this year, so we decided to take matters into our own hands". Each bottle sale will generate $1 to $4 to local school foundations who will eagerly use the funds for much needed school supplies and programs. "Our goal was to create a bottle with universal appeal, hence the peace symbol", said Cindy Herzog, bottle designer. Our community is not at peace with this year's budget from the state of California, so we are asking each person to help your schools by purchasing bottles from local retailers, setting up tables the first week of school, going door to door, and selling these bottles.
Organizations interested in selling these bottles for the schools can contact cindy@adcomarketing.com. Additionally, store owners are encouraged to participate as well by selling the bottles over the counter. Bottles will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We hope to sell 2000 bottles throughout Marin County for $10 each, generating thousands of dollars for local schools.
We hope this generates more income for the schools at the beginning of the year, when budgets and events are being planned. Everyone needs a high quality water bottle and will love supporting our local schools!
