ADD CREATES FORMULA FOR MILLION DOLLAR SUCCESS
How many times in school were you told that you were a good student, but would be even better if you only "applied yourself?"

/24-7PressRelease/ - SCOTTSDALE, AZ, August 25, 2005 - Independent Business Woman and Street Smart Millionaire, Stephanie Frank, heard those words often enough. "In school my teachers reprimanded me for not focusing on the task at hand and getting less than desired grades." I was often called a "daydreamer, lazy, impatient or underachiever". So how did a teenage underachiever learn how to be so successful?

Frank didn't know it at the time, and it took her building two successful, multi-million dollar businesses by accident to discover that her creative way of problem solving wasn't crazy. Like many students, she had learned to cope with her immeasurable creativity, disorganization, time management and lack of focus. It wasn't until she was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) shortly after moving to Arizona, that the systems she'd developed to grow her businesses became crystal clear!

Today there are an estimated 20 million adults that may have ADD and possibly 2/3 of those adults are small business owners and entrepreneurs. They struggle daily with procrastination, anxiety, overwhelm and consequently, productivity.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, a child with ADD or ADHD faces a difficult task ahead. "In order to achieve his or her full potential, he or she should receive help, guidance, and understanding from parents, guidance counselors and the public school system." Many adults with ADD never had that help.

To build her business despite her symptoms, Frank created methods and procedures to keep her focused and on-track. She now has coaching, training and consulting programs to assist business professionals with the simple systems, processes and procedures that must be implemented in order to achieve success.

Recognized as an industry icon and a true advocate for the empowerment of the entrepreneur, she is committed to helping other small business owners get more of what they want through the secrets she's discovered creating success with ADD.

Stephanie Frank is a professional speaker, author and business accelerator strategist.
