Specializing in conflict resolution and change management, Ms. LeBorgne has worked as a Lead Training Consultant at Unum Group for 28 years. In her position, she is responsible for creating training courses designed to teach technical and people skills. She particularly enjoys having the opportunity to help people increase their knowledge of important subject matter.

Ms. LeBorgne received a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration and a Junior Achievement Award. She holds membership to the American Society of Training & Development and attributes her success to her work ethic.
