- Andover, NJ, May 25, 2008, Adrienne Mosley, Director of Case Management and Social Work for Saint Clare's Hospital, has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in case management.
With 41 years of experience in her industry, Ms. Mosley assumed her current position at Saint Clare's five years ago, having evolved into it after being employed in a managed care company. Adept at overseeing case management and critical care services, she loves the clinical and business aspects of her work and is responsible for managing department operations, overseeing staff, utilization reviews, and discharge planning. In going about her duties, Ms. Mosley places the highest premium on fairness, making sure all sides of the issue are considered and that all people concerned have a chance to voice their opinions. She attributes her success to her persistence, desire to learn, sense of humor and love for her profession.
Ms. Mosley earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Thomas Edison State University, and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Case Management Administrator. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration at the College of St. Elizabeth, as well as her Certification in Healthcare Administration. Awards she has been honored with include the Arnold Fletcher Award from Thomas A. Edison College and a Premier Vision Award. Ms. Mosley enjoys her work immensely, and looks forward to spending more years of her career at the same capacity.
