Advanced New eGreetings Website Launches

Our mission is to promote singer-songwriters and filmmakers, revolutionize the eCard market and bring a smile to our consumers faces.

NEW YORK, NY, June 10, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- An innovative new eGreetings website, www.iAttachments.com, officially opens for business today. For a $20 annual fee subscribers can send an unlimited number of greetings over the Internet. The distinctiveness of the service is 1) a short film with a song or a lyric video that tells a story appropriate for the greeting occasion, and 2) the core greeting is customized by the sender with an animated "envelope" preceding the film and an animated digital closing personalized with a message to the recipient follows
the film. Subscribers may also use the site's licensed songs to make their own unique slideshows.

Founder and CEO Jeff Locke has been perfecting the business model as well as making short films and producing songs for the site's media library since 2004. "Broadband penetration pushed the viability of the business beyond the tipping point," he said. "Immediacy, lower cost, feedback and extra-sensory features make multi-media eCards the superior way to convey your heart felt sentiments to those you care about. Greetings sent via iAttachments.com can drive improved interpersonal relationships," he added. The business is based in New York City.

The service is compatible with all major browsers such as Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Chrome, and terminals that support Flash media protocol with a broadband connection. No other downloaded application software is required. All media on the site, including all songs, have been properly licensed.

The streamed film library represents a rare opportunity for short filmmakers to monetize their work. Until now, the marketplace for short filmmakers, animators and videographers has largely been limited to sites like YouTube, where they could post their work for free. No longer. The film library features three shorts (So Long For Now, a 2005 Academy Award entry for Best Film - Live Action Short, Forever Is A Day and Congratulations On Your Deevorce) by directors Bill Ross and Turner Ross, winners of the Roger Ebert "Truer Than Fiction" Award at the 2010 Independent Spirit Awards.

Written and performed by RENT star and Tony Award nominee, Adam Pascal, the library also includes the song Single Drop of You and its accompanying film. Jason Priestley, star of Aaron Spelling's hit TV series 90210, directed the Toronto MobiFest featured short film, Downhill Drumming. Other show business luminaries include songwriters Paul Hampton and Buzz Cason, whose music has been recorded by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Rosanne Cash, Gloria Estefan, Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy Buffet and George Strait.

www.iAttachments.com is a totally new revenue opportunity for recording owners, songwriters, music publishers and film makers. The basic idea is to take an existing recording (mostly unpublished or under - appreciated songs) and marry it with a short film produced by an independent film maker. The songs and accompanying films are chosen to be in the library because they lend themselves to "greeting" occasions. The result is an "iAttachment." Subscribers to this web- based service get to send (via a streaming session, not a download) any amount of these iAttachments for $20 per year. Subscribers get to electronically customize this new form of greeting fore and aft like they would a paper card (see the two examples on line).
