This functionality will allow Realtors to demonstrate their Internet marketing skills and differentiate themselves from their competition by creating and using single property PowerSites in their pre-listing presentations, free of charge. The PowerSite can then be purchased after the listing is won.
Realtors simply add the seller's email address to the PowerSite to send a customized and branded (agent logo, photo and contact information) HTML email link to their prospects so they can easily view their home's showcase Website. Each time a prospective seller logs in, an email is sent to the Realtor.
After the PowerSite is purchased, agent and seller will both have access to PowerSite statistics that track the Website's traffic through the PowerView system.
