/24-7PressRelease/ -- Configure One , a leading provider of web-based product configurator and electronic catalog software, has hired Aleks La Rosa as a Senior Account Executive. In this role, La Rosa will be responsible for managing accounts primarily in the central region.

A native of Milan, Italy, La Rosa brings over 17 years of sales, marketing, consulting, and management experience in the software and services industry to Configure One. His outstanding record of closing new business, improving productivity, while developing solid and long-lasting relationships with customers will further enhance an already strong and experienced sales team.
In his recent position as Sales Director with Laurus Technologies, a leading consulting and solutions provider, La Rosa's responsibilities included developing new business and leading a sales team, while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Prior to Laurus Technologies, La Rosa worked as an Engagement Manager for SWC Technology Partners, Inc., a provider of IT solutions to midsize businesses, where he was instrumental in developing go-to-market initiatives to promote new products and services, while increasing profitability through cross-selling activities within major accounts. Earlier in his career La Rosa held a variety of positions at Remobjects Software, LLC including business consultant, operations manager, and later a partner and co-owner.
In addition to English, La Rosa is fluent in Italian. His language skills and international perspective will greatly assist Configure One's global expansion.
