Aletheia Entertainment is Pleased to Announce the Launch of Crowdfunding Campaign for the Short Film Idol

    LOS ANGELES, CA, May 15, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Idol is a Short Film about 21-year old Erika who has been called into her campus counsellor's office regarding a story she wrote. Whilst being interrogated, she struggles to confront feelings of naïve affection for her idol, and relives a violation, which led to her loss of innocence.

Conceived in 2014 by Aletha Shepherd, Aletheia Entertainment intends to make an impact within the entertainment industry by creating visually engaging and thought provoking content that provides truth through dynamic female lead characters. IDOL will be Aletheia Entertainment's first of several productions.

Aletha Shepherd is a British Actress, Writer and Producer currently based in Los Angeles. Her first Short Film 'IDOL' is currently in Pre-Production and we will be raising funds through the Crowdfunding campaign.

When asked about her future plans Aletha said "We will join forces with the talented production company, Creative Duet, which produces high-end film and media. Together we hope to achieve a truly mesmerizing short film that could one day lead to a feature."
