Thanks to many would be buyers waiting to see how the sales market evolves, the firm have been buoyed by a healthy lettings and property management business which has excelled over the past 6 months, and now expect the sales market to slowly fight back. The predictions are supported by many lenders cutting their rates, and more importantly arrangement fees, making lending more obtainable than before.
Director, David Hatch, explains;
"The current economic squeeze has obviously led to a slowdown from a sales perspective, but by setting realistic rather than ridiculously optimistic asking prices, we have still managed to get sales agreed. Conversely, we never forget that we are looking after the client's best interest, and so in many circumstances, we have encouraged our clients to find tenants for their property allowing them to move on, whilst not having to ruin what is ultimately their largest investment.
Further proof of the Alex Neil success came in June with the opening of a new office in Blackheath Village .
