/24-7PressRelease/ - AMMAN, JORDAN, December 15, 2006 - At a press conference held during the ICT Forum, Al-Faris National Investment unveiled its new vision and brand Optimiza. The new vision is to become the leading regional player in management consulting, IT Services and outsourcing solutions. Optimiza, the platinum sponsor for Jordan's 2006 Information Technology and Communication Forum (ICT Forum), announced that it raised its capital to 25 million Jordanian Dinars .
During the press conference, the board directors and management from Optimiza stated that the capital increase was to invest in setting up its regional netweorks, to invest in n ew technologies and products, to upgrade the infrastructure, and further investments in people and capabilities.
Al Faris National Investments company (ASE:CEBC).acquired Computer Engineering Bureau (CEB) in November 2005. CEB was established in 1980 and successfully completed hundreds of projects in Jordan and the region. It also formulated partnerships with Oracle, Microsoft, HP, Acer, and many others.
Commenting on the firm's expansion plans, Mr. Rudain Kawar Board Chairman of Optimiza said, "In response to the growing market demand, we have a clear strategy and vision to become the leading providers of management consulting, IT services and outsourcing solutions in the region. Raising our company capital falls directly in line with our plans for expansion, for we plan to launch our operations throughout the Gulf region. Our optimal goal is to create value added services that in turn respond to our expanding client base's needs throughout the region. "
Mr. Hazem Malhas Vice Chairman of Optimiza added:" the group wants to build on CEB's previous successes, since this new vision, strategy, and brand is our response to the increasing demand for the IT and consulting services in the region. Moreover, part of our commitment is that we are local and a phone call away in each of the GCC markets."

We chose the ICT forum as the venue for launching our new identity and vision Optimiza; since the forum is one of the largest, and most important regional venues"
