Demonstrating seven years of industry know-how, Ms. Sinukoff works as the owner of Favourite Foods & Beads and Bites. Her company bakes and sells chocolates lava cakes to the restaurant industry. As the owner, she is responsible for overseeing all of the operations, including establishing public relations, graphic designing and cooking. After working in the graphic design field for 12 years, Ms. Sinukoff took time off to raise her children. She began experimenting with biscotti and chocolate souffle recipes, and eventually, made a mini lava cake that could be produced on a large scale.

Ms. Sinukoff earned a diploma in general studies, communication and design from OCAD University. She has also studied animation and electronic publishing. In her spare time, she is active with the Ontario College of Art and Design, and has been honored by the institution with an Achievement Award. As her career progresses, Ms. Sinukoff hopes to volunteer for the United Nations, and participate in work related to promoting the rights and freedoms of women and children; she aspires to empower women worldwide.
