The event will take place from October 14th - 16th at the Quinta Real Hotel in the city of Saltillo, Coahuila. Mr. Spence will present the results of a study recently completed by the globally recognized consulting firm, "Manufacturing - Outsourcing Cost Index: Overview and Highlights".
