By adding 54 new market codes, the company is expanding new local unified communication services in approximately 200 cities and communities in its Southeastern domestic coverage. The company's Virtual Office and Unified Communications platform will now be available as a local call to approximately 85% of the population centers in the three states.
From Atlanta to Houston, from Forth Worth to Miami, AllCom provides Local Service in more Southeastern cities and communities then anyone in our industry, said Thomas Skala, president of AllCom.
This is the next logical step in our overall growth plan for 2008, Skala continued. Expect to hear in the next few weeks about our Eastern Seaboard additions. Overall, we ve already expanded in California, and will continue expanding GenieNet in the following 9 additional states: Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington to provide the largest footprint of local access coverage in the USA.
AllCom is also continuing its International expansion with the introduction of local service and Public Access Numbers. "For our customers, this means that friends and family living or traveling around the world or business associates can now reach each other across the globe with only a local call, and NO international phone charges, Skala explained.
