With 14 years of experience as a registered nurse for McCready Health Services Foundation, Ms. Marsh is an expert in nursing and managing her team. Working as the charge nurse on the night shift for the emergency room, she coordinates bed assignments, and schedules and oversees nursing staff. McCready Health Services Foundation is a 65-bed hospital.

"I'm a people person," Ms. Marsh said. "I enjoy taking care of people."

In 1994, Ms. Marsh received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University in Maryland. She attributes her success to the support she receives from her family and her ability to strive hard and do the best.
