She became involved in her profession because of her interest in online communications and her desire to help customers. Ms. Tiradentes obtained industry-related certification and attributes her success to her mentor Ms. Mary Ann Allison, who sparked her interest in online communications.

A graduate of Hofstra University, Ms. Tiradentes received her Bachelor of Mass Media with a minor in sociology in 2008. She is a member of Lambda Pi Eta and a proud Brazilian.
