Amanda R. Tiradentes specializes in changing styles and parameters for online communications and is responsible for handling customer service inquiries in the youth department. In addition, she handles inquiries regarding children's furniture, toys, games and strollers, develops websites and assists customers in need. She became involved in her profession because of her interest in online communications and her desire to help customers. Ms. Tiradentes obtained industry-related certification and attributes her success to her mentor Ms. Mary Ann Allison, who sparked her interest in online communications.
A graduate of Hofstra University, Ms. Tiradentes received her Bachelor of Mass Media with a minor in sociology in 2008. She is a member of Lambda Pi Eta and a proud Brazilian.
