Amen Alibi Gets Greater Exposure from Exclusive DJ List

Amen Alibi will be gaining greater exposure from Akademia. This organization will be distributing Amen Alibi's latest hit to their exclusive DJ list.

BOSTON, MA, November 06, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Amen Alibi takes great pleasure in announcing they have been offered the opportunity to get more exposure from an exclusive list of DJs created by the team at Akademia. After Break Down and Cry won an Akademia Award, they decided to submit the song to their network of 10,000 DJs across the country to determine the likelihood of wider acceptance from a vast audience. The response was overwhelmingly positive.

Now that the Akademia network of DJs has expressed an interest in Break Down and Cry, the song will be presented to 10 DJs per month to enter a remix contest. The winning remixed copy of the song will be given to Amen Alibi and will be played across a large number of indie platforms, including clubs, raves, festivals and radio stations. In addition to this contest, Akademia will submit the song to an additional 1,000 DJs to further increase its exposure.

Band founder, Rick Couture, states, "We are proud of how far our music has come. The recognition we have received is fabulous and we're happy to be getting more exposure for some of our songs." While Break Down and Cry is currently in the spotlight due to its recent Akademia Award win, many of Amen Alibi's other songs have also received recognition over the past year. With the help of the Akademia network of DJs, Amen Alibi can take advantage of the power of some of the most popular DJs across the country, giving them the career boost they need to effectively reach a much larger audience. Many of the prominent indie rock groups achieved this level of success due to their exposure from the top DJs in the world.

Amen Alibi realizes the importance of expanding their reach to increase their fan base and expose more music fans to their music. Akademia identifies potential in songs through their awards and offers them to their network of DJs to expand exposure and give bands the reach they often can't achieve on their own.
