Jack Miller has been a Chamber executive for over twenty years. He is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management and his area of expertise is Economic Development. Mr. Miller has attended numerous economic development programs throughout the country. Jack attended the University of Georgia, the University of Oklahoma, the College of Charleston and is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
Ely Melchor Named as SVP of Sales & Marketing
Ely Melchor has a successful career in the Oil & Gas Industry for more than 10 years. She developed several projects making a tremendous contribution with a new design of Recovery Systems to purify and clean the environment. She was writer and speaker for the Gas Processor Association Latin America Chapter. Additionally, she has held management positions for more than 11 years as a business consultant in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Developing Business to Business. She has trained independent business owner in different continents such as Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, and North America. Currently, she is the president of her own business in direct sales and marketing Ely's International. Ely has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Metropolitana University in Venezuela, a Certificate in the Import & Export Business, and a Master Degree in Business Administration in National and International Business from American Intercontinental University, Weston, Florida.

Jill Griffin Named to Board of Advisors
Jill Griffin is author of the internationally-published business best seller, Customer Loyalty: How to Earn It, How to Keep It, a Harvard Business School "Working Knowledge" recommended book. She is co-author of Customer Winback: How To Recapture Lost Customers and Keep Them Loyal, named one the "30 Best Business Books of 2002" by Soundview Executive Book Summaries. Jill sits on the Board of Directors for Luby's Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange company with 132 restaurant locations and 7400 employees across the southwest. Since 1988, Jill has served as president of Griffin Group, a customer loyalty consulting firm headquartered in Austin Texas. Clients served include Dell, Ford Motor Company, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Marriott, Days Inn, Western Union, and Scotland's Department of Tourism. Jill is a regular lecturer and former faculty member at the University of Texas McCombs of Business where her two books have been adopted as textbooks for the MBA and undergraduate courses on customer management. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business from which she earned Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees. Jason Harris, VP
Jason Harris has held management positions with Fortune 50 companies and is currently the Executive Vice President and manages the day to day operations of CeraNet, Inc., a multi-million dollar e-business solutions, web hosting, and web site marketing firm, based in Columbus, Ohio. He has managed many e-business projects ranging from web enabling e-procurement and supply chain ERP implementations to large scale custom systems. Jason has over 10 years of experience in creating and developing e-businesses.
