Lee's career stretches back to his tenure as talent coordinator for Ted Mack's Original Amateur Hour in the 1950's.
On Davenport, Lee says, "She is absolutely one of a kind. Her bone structure, features, presence and personality are absolutely world-class. To me she has the natural beauty, elegance and sophistication among the likes of only (Audrey) Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Raquel Welch. I see huge things for Ms. Davenport in the future.
This is not the first time the young Davenport has been marked for success in the fashion world. Upon graduation from high school, Davenport was asked to grace the runways for Oscar De La Renta, but was unable to devote the time due to professional aspirations and a career in medicine. "I was about to begin college and I just had to put my priorities in order. I now have the opportunity to focus my energy in a new and exciting direction. I am thrilled to have this opportunity" says Davenport.
Davenport has signed with a world class entertainment manager and they are currently looking at the many opportunities in motion pictures and fashion.
"I just want to make a difference," proclaims Davenport, and to begin that quest, she has decided to donate all of what she earns on her first campaign to CITY PREP, a not-for-profit educational organization for minority youth in NYC that helps attain scholarships for students to private secondary schools."
