American Home Lenders reported a 22% increase in closed loan production over the same time period from last year. This is in spite of the current mortgage crisis that has severely impacted many Florida communities.
Clifford Bernstein, President of American Home Lenders, credits the increase in production to a dedicated marketing approach focused on the willingness to assist as many homeowners in need as possible.
Further, Mr. Bernstein states "In these current market conditions, we need to be smarter and more proactive in our approach to identify those borrowers that can be helped and offer them the most beneficial loan products on the market." In addition, Mr. Bernstein pointed out American Home Lenders expansion into multiple states, is having a significant impact on production.
