In addition to the recognition Wronski received from Mayflower for his exceptional performance record, Mayflower awarded Wronski $100.
According to a letter received from Jim Peery, manager, Mayflower safety, "It takes a lot of hard work to qualify for Van Operator of the Month, because you must excel in all of your duties."

The qualifications for Van Operator of the Month include:

· Maintaining a safe/professional driving record
· Projecting a positive image
· Experiencing a low cargo claims ratio
· Sustaining on-time pickup and deliveries
Wronski has been an owner operator driver for American since 2006, hauling interstate household goods in Mayflower's Western Region. During peak seasons, Wronski also hauls goods in the 48 contiguous states as part of Mayflower's Peak Household Goods Fleet. Wronski has driven accident-free for over three years and maintains one of the lowest claim averages of all Mayflower interstate van lines drivers. Prior to joining American, Wronski owned a limousine service for three years. He immigrated from Poland to the United States in 1981 and has been married to his wife, Anita, for 13 years. They have two daughters.
