/24-7PressRelease/ - IVINS, UT, September 10, 2008 - The SFC magazine offices were abuzz with excitement when they realized an Ambassador—who was such an important part of world history—would be coming to their humble Stories for Children Magazine as a Mystery Featured Guest in the September 2008 issue!

Managing Editor Gayle Jacobson-Huset was beside herself when she found out she'd be given the distinct honor of interviewing Ambassador Asher Naim of Israel! "Ambassador Naim was a key player in a historic human event that took place in 1991. It was a pleasure and a real thrill for me to interview the Ambassador, who was also most generous with his time," said Jacobson-Huset. "I was free to ask him anything I wanted, so I did. Like, 'How did you stay cool under the incredible stress of Operation Solomon?' and 'If the two governments weren't involved, do you think the Palestinian and Israeli people could live side-by-side in peace?' and 'What can children today all over the world do to keep peace in our world?' This is an amazing interview from a man who truly understands the world we live in today."

Ambassador Naim co-authored, with award-winning children's author Sylvia Rouss, "Jognau, the Dreamer," a fictional children's story about Operation Solomon told from a child's perspective. This is a terrific story that you won't want to miss! You can read "Jognau, the Dreamer" in the September 2008 issue of Stories for Children Magazine online at http://storiesforchildrenmagazine.org.

Jacobson-Huset went on to tell us, "I also asked the Ambassador questions that will help children understand their importance in today's world and their future role for world peace. Ambassador Naim gave some very candid answers that have renewed my faith that some day, all of us will walk in a world of peace and harmony."

A most unusual children's author? Yes! But what an honor and thrill it was for SFC Magazine to have Ambassador Asher Naim come visit us in the World of Ink and give our readers a moving story and words of wisdom to carry in their hearts.
There are many more wonderful articles and stories in the September 2008 issue of Stories for Children Magazine to share with children ages 3 to 12 years old.
