/24-7PressRelease/ -- Anago Cleaning Systems is proud to announce the sale of its first international Master Franchise to Felipe Contreras Lander of Santiago, Chile! Anago's Chairman & CEO, David Povlitz made the announcement saying "I originally founded the company as 'Anago International', knowing that someday we would expand outside the U.S. I am thrilled that day has come and excited about our future."
Felipe has a very extensive background in the commercial cleaning business, beginning in the U.S. and then in Chile. He began his career in 2003 as a part time Operations Manager for a cleaning company in Orlando, Florida. Just 4 months later, he was in charge of the entire Operations Department of the office. In 2007, he was appointed Regional Director of the territory, and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. In 2008, he moved to Venezuela for family reasons, and remained there until moving to Chile in 2009 with his wife and three children.
Upon arriving in Chile, Felipe used his commercial cleaning knowledge to open his own conventional cleaning company. Although he enjoyed success, he dreamed of owning his own Master Franchise, which would allow him to spend more time with his family, and afford them all a better lifestyle. The long hours, employee issues, equipment and supply problems would all be a thing of the past. As a Master Franchise Owner, Felipe would be the sales & marketing executive he had always aspired to be. He contacted Anago Cleaning Systems in order to purchase the Chilean Master Territory. With his background and experience, Felipe was the ideal Master candidate.
Felipe is thrilled to own Anago's first international Master Franchise. He says, "I want to thank Anago for giving me the opportunity to fulfill my dream of becoming a Master Owner.
