Anaheim Automation's is Latest BLDC Controller Offers a Variety of Features

    ANAHEIM, CA, May 13, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Anaheim Automation's extensive line of brushless DC speed controllers has welcomed the release of their newest controller, the BSCKB1-120081. This packaged controller integrates the MDCKB1-120081 BLDC driver (http://www.anaheimautomation.com/products/brushless/brushless-driver- ... 999&cID=23) with conveniently mounted switches for power on/off, run/brake and forward/reverse and a speed control potentiometer on the front panel. With an input voltage of 115VAC, the internal MDCKB1-120081 driver is designed to drive DC Brushless motors at currents of up to 8A (peak) and 160VDC.

Furthermore, using hall sensor feedback integrated into the Anaheim Automation brushless dc motors for a control loop, a constant velocity mode can be achieved. The driver is protected against over current (cycle-by-cycle), hall sensor error and under voltage. Included on the driver are internal potentiometers to control the maximum phase current allowed into the motor, the maximum running speed of the motor with the speed potentiometer set to 0% and set to 100% and closed loop compensation. With easy-to-use barrier strip terminals for power and motor connections, the unit is prewired and ready to run.
