We've had such a great response to the micro sites we've launched for particular brands of used vans over the last year, it occurred to us that a dedicated site for our vehicle servicing customers would be a great benefit to them. When asked why live feeds from the vehicle servicing workshops have been planned, Simon replied; "In terms of customer experience, many of our vehicle servicing customers put their car or used van in for a service and pick it up again later with no idea what happens during that service, and how it is progressing during the time it's with us. With a live video stream from the vehicle servicing bays, customers will be able to see what is happening to their car or van and will also get an idea of what is involved in the process."
