He attributes his success to his integrity and honesty. He became involved in his profession because he wanted to acquire a trade. He had been in the military and was an apprentice electrician; after 20 years of working with a manufacturer, he went to work for an industry association. In five years, Mr. Bailey plans to be retired and do part-time consulting.
Mr. Bailey received an associate diploma in electrical engineering from the Department of Defense. He is a member of AUSAE and RSL and enjoys camping and gardening.
