She has follwed this passion through her work as a Researcher and Policy Advisor in the Canadian Parliamentry system accummulating over 20 years of experience. She has gained an expertise in human rights, which she applies in all her work as President of Clarke & Associates. Her commitment and dedication to upholding human rights is forshadowed by her past leadership roles as founder and past president of Focus on Black Women, co-facilitator of a Peer Mentorship Program for Immigrant Women hosted by the Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre, and former vice president of the Ottawa-Carleton Immigrant Services Organisation. In recognition of her work, Ms. Clarke was recently named a VIP member of Cambridge Who's Who. Ms. Clarke is a member and board advisor of the Network of Black Business and Professional Women, the Riverside Toastmasters Club, the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, the Royal Commonwealth Society of Canada and The International Black Summit.
