    BRECKINRIDGE, MN, February 6, 2012 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Annette VanHovel, ASCP, CM, Medical Laboratory Technologist at St. Francis Healthcare Campus, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in health care.

Mrs. VanHovel has spent the last seven years as a medical laboratory technician for St. Francis Healthcare Campus. She specializes in generalist duties including chemistry and hematology, blood banking, urinalysis, coagulation and microbiology and customer service, phlebotomy, and general lab duties on a daily basis.

She earned an Associate of Science in medical laboratory technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College. She also has training in Meditech software and is a member of American Society for Clinical Pathology. She credits St. Francis for giving her many opportunities to grow within her position, and looks forward to working toward other opportunities within St. Francis. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and baking hand-decorating cookies for her family, friends, and colleagues who are having parties or celebrating special events.
