Annette Fontana Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Business Law

Acknowledged for more than 20 years of experience in business, property and commercial law, Ms. Fontana brings her solid experience to her position as the principal of Forum Law, a law firm that offers legal advice and assistance in the areas of business, commercial, building and construction, succession and property law. She is an enthusiastic and experienced advisor and litigator. Since 2006 in her practice at Forum Law, she has been responsible for handling advising and assisting clients with their requirements. Ms. Fontana earned a Bachelor of Arts in information science and holds a Diploma of Law [LPB] and a Master of Law [LLM] from the University of Technology in Sydney in 1996. She completed the course in negotiation and deal design at Harvard Law School in 2008. She is continually furthering her education and she encourages all of her staff to do so, as well as regularly organising and conducting education events for her colleagues and clients. Furthermore, she is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Keeping current with her industry, she is a member of Leichhardt Chamber of Commerce, the Law Society of New South Wales for which she sits on the Business Law Committee and the committee for the Inner West Regional Law Society, the New South Wales Business Chamber, the Housing Industry Association of Australia and Women on Boards, IWIRC and Business Chicks. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, dancing, snow skiing, kayaking and surfing.
