FoamRecycle is a new foam recycling company established in San Pablo, Silicon Valley CA, offering foam recycling services.

SAN PABLO, CA, March 18, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- FoamRecycle is a new environmentally green company established in San Pablo, CA offering foam recycling programs and services. The company accepts foam drop off at its warehouse facility and also offers foam scrap pick up from the customer's location. The company also provides foam recycling equipment rental and free recycling cost assessments, especially for large foam scrap quantities.

Foam, mainly EPS (extended polystyrene, commonly known as Styrofoam) has become a significant source of waste for many Manufacturers and distributors, but it is 100% recyclable. FoamRecycle has developed efficient and cost effective methods for companies to get rid of all that extra unwanted foam waste that is a bypass product of manufacturing and cutting foam. The company is providing a complete line of recycling equipment solution. That equipment includes foam compactors, foam densifiers and foam shredders. The compactor presses and compact the foam into logs, the thermal densifiers melt the foam and the shredders reduce the foam into strips or into foam beads.

All these foam recycling machinery is able to reduce foam scrap size up to 1:90 thus providing a complete solution for any company.

FoamRecycle owns its own line of trucks and trailers able of carrying up to 300cf of foam from the customer's site as well as a large storage facility. The company has recently purchased new recycling equipment, including large EPS densifiers (melting recycling machine) capable of melting about 200lbs of foam per hour. FoamRecycle offers recycling services for several types of materials, including Expanded polystyrene (EPS), Extruded Polystyrene (XPS), Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) and Polyethylene (also known as PE foam).

The customer will either deliver the foam waste to the recycling facility in San Pablo CA, or have the foam scraps picked up from his location in the Bay Area. FoamRecycle.org will then grind, shred compact or melt the foam, depending on the material.
The grinders and shredders will shred the foam into small beads or small strips, will melt it or will compact it into logs taking up only 2-5% of the original space and about 1:30 of its original volume. FoamRecycle.org also offers rental services of its foam recycling equipment for those companies that do not have foam waste on a regular basis and want to recycle per project while saving costs. The recycling rental services are custom and tailored to the customer's needs.

Assi Zvik, sales manager for the company says "foam is all around us. Many companies, and especially those selling electronics and computers are left with lots of excess packaging Styrofoam. Recycling service such as ours will provide a solution to this foam problem occupying so much space". Mr. Zvik continued to say that FoamRecycle intends to become a full recycling center in the future.
