The company experienced a 795 percent increase in revenue growth between 2004 and 2007.
Antennas Direct makes over-the-air television antennas specifically designed to capture post 2009 digital TV broadcasts. Company founder and President Richard Schneider said the company's astounding growth was a direct result of the federal Digital Television Transition, which mandates television broadcasting switch from analog transmission to digital transmission by Feb. 17, 2009.
"Television broadcasting has experienced lots of change in the past few years, but advances in TV antenna technology have been stagnant for decades," said Schneider. "Many antennas were designed for a different era, and we've been able to create antennas specifically tuned for the core DTV frequencies.
