    /Cambridge Who's Who/ - Danville, PA, August 3, 2008, Anupama D. Bedi, Physician Assistant for Geisinger Health System, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in healthcare.

Ms. Bedi recently joined the neuroscience department at Geisinger and will be responsible for assisting surgeons and caring for patients. She became involved in her profession because of her interest in the medical field. A recipient of the Joseph Wilf Scholarship and the Kean University Trustee Scholarship, she attributes her success to the support she received from her parents.

While working as an athletic trainer, Ms. Bedi obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Athletic Training from Kean University in 2005 and is affiliated with the National Athletic Trainers' Association, the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Ms. Bedi volunteers for soup kitchens and outpatient programs for underserved populations.
