/24-7PressRelease/ -- Arbour Group recently completed the validation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) enterprise software for Dexa Medica, Jakarta, Indonesia. Dexa Medica is one of the largest ethical pharmaceutical companies in the country producing brand and generic drugs as well as OTC products. They have taken a leadership role in compliance and enhancement of standards by working closely with the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Society.
Dexa implemented Oracle E-Business Suite for use in its facilities in Jakarta and Palembang. The robust suite of applications software included Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Quality Management as well as OPM Production Development/Execution. Additionally, Oracle Manufacturing Execution System was implemented to accelerate improvement to production costs.
Arbour Group utilized its proprietary Oracle EBS Life Sciences Compliance Package to perform the validation for version 12.0.4. The Oracle EBS Compliance Package consists of validation templates and pre-written tests scripts that resulted in (1) reduced time to develop validation documentation, (2) reduced time for testing, (3) streamlined integration into implementation processes and (4) cost effectively achieving regulatory compliance.
