/24-7PressRelease/ - Humble, Texas, May 29, 2008, Ashley Wheeler, English as a Second Language Teacher for Second Grade FOR/OF Aldine Independent School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of primary education.

Ms. Wheeler has four years of experience in education, during which she has developed an expertise in helping and building relationships with children. As a second language teacher she is responsible for teaching English as a second language and special education for second grade students and aiding students in passing the TAKS test. She attributes her success to her ability to understand the needs of all children and being able to relate to them on their level. She became involved in her profession because she wanted to make a difference in children's lives.

A member of Sigma Kappa, the National Education Association, and the Texas Education Association, Ms. Wheeler received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Elementary Education from Thiel College in Pennsylvania. In the future she hopes to complete her master's degree in Elementary Literacy.
