3tc Software. The Operational Board of Directors acquired the 70% shareholding previously held by Brook Henderson Group Ltd forming 3tc Holdings Ltd that owns 100% of 3tc Software - its trading company.
3tc Software's Non Executive Board Director, Phil Toase CBE QFSM DL BSc MCGI FIFireE, acquired a minority shareholding under the new structure. Phil is a former long serving Chief Fire Officer previously serving West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. Phil has been awarded a CBE for services to the Fire & Rescue Service and the Queen's Fire Service Medal.
This exciting new chapter in the 3tc's business history allows us to remain focused on our core products (Command and Control, Patient Transport, Mobile Data & Management Information Systems) within the Emergency Service market. CEO David Todd says 'the long term strategic plan for 3tc Software will be to continue providing software solutions around mission critical applications to the Emergency Services across the world. We will continue to develop our leading edge software to stay at the forefront of change within this demanding environment.'
3tc Software currently has deployments throughout the UK, Southern Ireland, Belgium, Malaysia, Australia, Tasmania, and New Zealand, supported by our UK customer services centre. We have invested heavily to meet the growing demand for our products and services together with extending our international presence.
The company has undergone significant growth increasing turnover from GBP2.2m in 2004 to a predicted turnover in excess of GBP5m for 2009/10. The changes in the last 5 years have paved the way to building firm foundations to better address the UK and international Emergency Services market.
